As one of the city’s most iconic landmarks and one of the most photographed sites in South Africa, Table Mountain is recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of Nature. Since the aerial cableway began operating in 1929, over 22 million visitors from around the world have ascended to its summit. At the upper cable station, guests can enjoy a restaurant, a curio shop, and scenic footpaths perfect for exploration.

As you travel along Adderley Street, you’ll pass St. George’s Cathedral, the Company Gardens, and the vibrant Malay Quarter, also known as Bo-Kaap—named “Above Cape” for its location on the slopes of Table Mountain.
