Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and amendment rules depend on the tour, package, supplier, and travel date. Any product-specific cancellation terms shown at checkout or in your confirmation take priority.

Where a supplier allows a refund, approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Bank, card, and currency conversion fees may not be refundable.

To change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible at info@skymate.co.nz with your booking reference.
